I just loved everything about this book. The fact that she shared her memories about her family, her painful experiences with her weight, relationships, and insecurities about her looks made me realize even further that no one is immune from those feels we all seem to endure at some point in life. I related to her insecurities about looks and feeling unworthy (though people tell you differently all the time). She is right to never give up positive thinking. It may take a life time, but as long a you try, you are pretty much making progress.
