This book takes the concept of gratitude and makes it very simple. It is easy to read, easy to follow and easy to understand. Brilliant in its simplicity it's pages full of epiphanies that will enrich your life.

Another unnatural way of doing things. This book is nothing but repetition and well over done. The lists are way to long and should start out with a few and allow you to expand your list as you go along. After a week it gets to be too much work and will go against anyone's natural ability to feel grateful. It should start out slow and work up as the feelings arise.
If you buy this book and use the lessons I suggest altering it to suit your needs. I gave it 3 stars because it does have some good ideas, it is just the implementation that is incorrect.

This book is a 28 day exercise and I love it!! Very easy to follow and the "homework" is not difficult. I just bought copies for my co-workers!! I have Rhonda Byrne's other books and this one is my favorite.
