This book is awesome - it has tons of recipies like smoothies, trail mixes, veggie chips, dips, cold soups, and delicious raw desserts. I already make alot of these things but it was nice to see different variations that I hadn't thought of. So far, everything has been easy to make & delicious to eat. I also like that the recipies don't use sugar - only honey or dates to sweeten. I will be using almost all of the recipies which is not something I can say for most cookbooks. I cannot recommend this book enough.

I was really excited to get the book. I am always in need of effective, healthy snacks. Looking at the recipes, I wanted to make just about every one I read. If there is an issue for me it is that I need a dehydrator for most of the recipes and I don't have one.
