It has lots of recipes but little info on the ingredients. The glossary was incomplete, leaving out the more unusual items which are the ones a description would be nice to have. It's in alphabetical order so finding a drink recipe is difficult unless you know its name. So, I am returning it. If you just want recipes, this is the book for you. However, if you need more info, you won't get it out of this book. The pages also seemed to be a low grade paper to boot.

I orginally bought this book because i wanted to learn more about wines but ended up giving it to my daughter & Son-in-law adn they love it. They've tried several already and looking forward to trying more of the recipes. So as far as i'm concerned, it was worth the money i paid for it
