“I have an Amish cookbook coming out next fall. In need of a few more recipes, I put an ad in an Amish newspaper and the responses flowed in. I really enjoy the books that have more than one in a series. You feel as if you are part of their family, sharing the love and hardships.

Good Story, But....

While I did enjoy the story line, it seemed more like a book for juveniles than for adults. This author is a good writer, but perhaps her books should be more appropriately targeted for youth.

Ifelt like I was reading a grammer school children's book with one too many Dutch references. My first, and last, book by this author. I really wanted my money back on this book!
