Exciting new author

Very good read. Can't wait for the next book to come out. The characters became very real, the plot engrossing. Ms. Castillo will be right up there with the best authors in the thriller catagory.

Once in a while you find a gem, and this was it. I loved it. The jacket says she is writing another book with this character. Can't wait! This book turned me back onto thrillers again.

This new author is someone to watch. I just could not put this down. Great story line, surpise ending, just great. I look forward to more books by Linda Castillo.

Finally, an author that doesn't hold back on the descriptions. I couldn't put this book down. Totally believable. I didn't pick up on the true murderer. Good character development. The editing fell short in the last couple of chapters which spoiled some of the story. But, all in all, I can't wait for the next in the Kate Burkholder series.
