I actually thought this was a pretty good goodbook, something I would use, the recipes I tried were not overly difficult, easy to find ingredients, tasty...why surprised? I don't care to watch the Neely's on TV....;

I bought this book as a gift and I tried several dishes before I gave it. Its a great cookbook but could be better with more receipes and less commentary.

If the recipe is good, its very very good if its bad... its horrible. Very little middle ground here. There are more good recipes than bad, hence the four stars!
