Magic, mystery and white-hot sensuality collide in this stirring Sea Haven novel by bestselling author Christine Feehan.
Lethal undercover agent Stefan Prakenskii knows a thousand ways to kill a man—and twice as many ways to pleasure a woman. That’s why he’s looking forward to his new mission. The job is simple: go to the coastal town of Sea Haven and insinuate himself in the life of an elusive beauty who had mysterious ties to his past…and a link to a dangerous master criminal he’s been trying to take down.
An artist on the rise, Judith Henderson lives in a vivid world of color, but her ethereal, picture-perfect beauty belies her haunted past. Working through her grief with her “sisters of the heart”—five other women who, like her, have survived tragedy and pain—she has finally found a measure of peace. But that’s about to change. Though Stefan brings passion to her quiet world, he also brings danger. For years she has been waiting for someone to come and unlock the fire within her, but now she has not one, but two men vying to do just that. But it won’t be easy. Because there’s more to her than meets the eye…and only one of them can survive her darkest secret….

Book not what I expected. Slow moving and boring. Flipped thru when I got bored and decided not to even finish reading.

I really enjoyed this book. Christine Feehan has an incredible way of weaving magic and love, with intrigue and danger. I can't wait for her next installment.

This book was a huge disappointment to me. Loved Feehan's Drake series but this book was nowhere near the quality of those. It felt like she had to write something and just congealed all the thoughts of all her characters into one book. Sorry but I couldn't even finish it.

I just loved this book. I found myself rereading it several times which is unusual for me so that says something. I highly recommend it to others!!
